What sort of events do you provide services for?
We provide services for all types of celebrations including birthdays, weddings, holiday parties, showers, corporate events, fundraisers, and more. No event is too small or too big!
Who provides the alcohol?
Florida state laws do not allow us to provide alcohol to private parties. The customer is responsible for purchasing any alcoholic necessities, although we do provide a detailed shopping list, ordering assistance, and pickup services.
What locations are available for service?
We service the Central to North Florida region including Gainesville, Newberry, Alachua, Ocala, and more.
We also travel to Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and more. ($ per mile).
Cancellation Policy?
Booked events canceled with less than 60 days of notice will be subjected to a partial refund. Any associated fees including insurance additions & special orders will not be refunded.
Do we provide liability & liquor insurance?
Yes. We have it all.
Do you require a deposit?
We do require a 30% deposit when signing the contract. The full balance is due 30 days before the event.
Can the mobile bar be used for another things?
Yes! We are all about trying new things and would love to maximize our services.
May we add our own decorations?
Yes, of course. But we also have add-on services of jars, candles, ballon displays, floral & greenery that may be used for your event.
What do you provide?
Our services provide mobile bartending at various levels. Alcohol ordering assistance, transportation, ServSafe certified staff, bar utensils, straws, napkins, basic garnishes, cups, ice, and a custom bar menu with 2-4 signature cocktails. Optional add-ons are available upon request.
Do you need electricity?
No, we do not require electricity. Outdoor events are a breeze for us!
